How Triton Commerce collects, uses, and protects your personal information.

Triton Commerce (“we,” “us,” “our”)
Effective September 18, 2026 · Last updated September 18, 2026

1. Who we are and who operates our systems

We are a Digital Marketing serving United States. This policy covers this website and the phone numbers, forms, and chat available through it. It does not cover other websites we link to.

Our website and our customer-inquiry and marketing systems are built and operated for us by Triton Commerce, a marketing firm based in Minnesota, acting as our service provider. Triton stores and processes the information described in this policy on our behalf, under a written agreement that limits what it may do with that information. Triton relies on the infrastructure providers listed in Section 6.

Please do not send Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, health information, or other sensitive information through this website. We do not ask for it and do not want it.

2.2 Information collected automatically

  • Device and connection data — IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, screen size
  • Usage data — pages viewed, time on page, links clicked, the site that referred you, date and time of your visit
  • Campaign and referral data — UTM parameters, Google Click Identifier (GCLID), and the search, ad, or website that brought you here
  • Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 4

2.3 We connect campaign data to your inquiry

We use campaign identifiers to learn which advertisement, search, or referring website brought a visitor to a page.

If you contact us — by form, by chat, or by calling a number on this site — we link those campaign identifiers to the contact details you provide. In plain terms: if you submit our form, we will know which ad you clicked or which site sent you, and that is stored with your name and inquiry in our customer system.

If you browse without contacting us, this campaign data is not linked to your name, though it is linked to your device by the advertising platforms in Section 4.

3. How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiry, provide a quote or estimate, and schedule work
  • To contact you about your request by phone or email
  • To understand which advertising and marketing brings us customers, and to measure our marketing spend
  • To review calls and messages for quality, training, and to decide how to prioritise and route inquiries — including by automated means (Section 5)
  • To analyse how visitors use this website and improve it
  • To detect and prevent spam, fraud, and abuse
  • To comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements, and protect our rights

4. Cookies, tags, and advertising technology

4.1 What this site uses

Google Enhanced ConversionsGoogleSends a hashed (scrambled) version of your email or phone to Google to confirm an ad produced an inquiry — see Section 4.2

Attribution scriptTriton CommerceRecords the campaign identifiers in Section 2.2 so we know what brought you here
AI-crawler monitoringTriton CommerceRecords visits by automated AI systems only (search and AI-assistant crawlers). It does nothing with human visitors

We do not use session-replay, heat-mapping, keystroke-logging, or screen-recording tools on this site.

4.2 Hashed contact data sent to advertising platforms

When you submit a form, Google Enhanced Conversions may send a hashed — cryptographically scrambled — version of your email address or phone number to Google so the platform can confirm that its ad produced a real inquiry. Hashing obscures your details but does not make them anonymous: these platforms can match hashed values to their own user records. We receive no payment for this. Under some state privacy laws this may count as “sharing” or “selling” personal information for advertising even though no money changes hands. You can opt out — see Section 8.

4.3 We do not sell your information for money

We do not sell, rent, or trade your name, contact details, or inquiry to data brokers, list vendors, or other businesses for their own marketing.

4.4 Your controls

Blocking cookies may cause parts of this site to work incorrectly.

5. Phone calls, chat, and automated review

5.1 Call tracking and recording

The phone numbers on this site are tracking numbers provided by Nimbata. When you call one, we collect your number, the date, time, and duration of the call, and the campaign or page that led you to it.

Calls to these numbers are recorded and transcribed. You will hear a notice at the start of the call. If you prefer not to be recorded, tell us when we answer and we will take your details another way, or use our contact form instead. Some states require everyone on a call to consent to recording; by continuing after the notice, you consent.

Recordings are stored by our call-tracking provider. Written transcripts are stored in our customer system, which Triton Commerce operates for us.

5.2 Live chat

Chat is provided by Zapier. Conversations are transmitted to and stored by that provider on our behalf, and may be monitored. Please do not type sensitive information into chat.

5.3 Automated review of inquiries

Software, including artificial intelligence provided by a third party (Anthropic), reads every inquiry we receive — the transcript of your call, your chat, or your form message — and produces a short summary, a relevance score, and descriptive tags. We use this to prioritise and route inquiries and to check the quality of our service. It does not make any decision that has a legal or similarly significant effect on you.

Under the AI provider’s terms, your information is not used to train its models.

6. Who we share information with, and no one else

Our service provider, Triton Commerce, which operates our website, inquiry, and marketing systems, and the providers Triton relies on to do so:

  • Cloudflare — hosting and database
  • Google Cloud — data storage and analytics
  • Anthropic — the automated review in Section 5

Each is bound by contract to use your information only to provide services to us.

Website vendors listed in Section 4, each acting on our behalf.

Advertising platforms — Google — as described in Section 4.

Legal and safety — where required by law, subpoena, or court order, or where we believe it necessary to protect the rights or safety of any person.

Business transfers — if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. We will give notice before it becomes subject to a materially different policy.

We do not share your inquiry, contact details, or the contents of your calls or messages with other visitors or the public.

7. How long we keep information

You may ask us to delete your information at any time (Section 8), subject to records we must keep by law or need to complete work you have asked us to do.

8. Your choices and rights

Wherever you live in the United States, you may ask us to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your personal information
  • Receive a copy of your information in a portable format
  • Opt out of the sharing of your personal information for advertising described in Section 4.2. When you opt out we stop sending your identifiers to advertising platforms.
  • Stop contacting you

We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

How to ask: email [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy Request,” or call 6513210578. Tell us what you are asking for and the email address or phone number you used to contact us, so we can find your records.

Verification. We will confirm your identity using information already in our records. We will not ask you to create an account or send identity documents.

Timing. We aim to complete requests within 10 business days and will respond within 45 days at most. If we need more time we will tell you within that period and complete the response within 90 days total. Deleted information may remain in our routine system backups for up to 7 days afterwards; those backups are not used except to recover from a system failure.

What we may keep. Where you have asked us to do work, we keep the records needed to complete it, warranty it, and invoice it, and anything the law requires us to retain. We will tell you what we kept and why.

Authorised agents. You may have someone act for you; we may ask for proof of their authority.

Appeals. If we decline a request, reply with “Appeal” in the subject line. We will review within 45 days and, if we still decline, tell you how to contact your state attorney general.

Residents of Minnesota, California, Texas, and other states with consumer privacy laws may have further rights under those laws — for example, Minnesota residents may request a list of the specific third parties to whom we have disclosed their personal data. Where your state grants a right not listed here, we will honour it.

9. Children

This website is for homeowners and businesses. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

We and Triton Commerce maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, encrypted transmission of information submitted through this site, and vendor agreements requiring appropriate security. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

This site links to other websites we do not control. Their privacy policies govern your use of them.

12. Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we will update the “Last updated” date above. For material changes to how we collect, use, or share information, we will give more prominent notice, such as a banner on this site.
